Girl Scout Cookies 2006 - Selling Info

Cookie Selling Start date: TBA Please do not take orders before that time.
End date: TBA- your order form must be to me by TBA at 5pm - no exceptions
Cost: $4/box (same as last year)
When to collect money?: When you deliver the cookies
Delivery date: Somewhere around TBA
Money due date: TBA

PICK UP YOUR ORDER FORMS AT TBA...
TBA- I will put a Rubbermaid Tote by my garage service door. In there will be your order forms - I will put your name on them so please pick up the right one. I am usually home during the day so feel free to ring the doorbell and say hello. But just in case I'm not here, at least you can pick up your forms. If you don't pick up your order form I will bring it to the meeting on TBA

You must give me your order form by February 7th (sorry, no exceptions).

COOKIE DELIVERY...
When I receive the cookies (TBA), I will let you know by EMAIL that they are here and when you can pick them up. I will not be calling people, but feel free to call me around this time to check on your order.

COLLECTING MONEY...
You will collect money when you deliver your cookies; please put it in the Yellow Envelope - be sure your name and address are on this envelope in case it gets lost. All CHECKS collected from customers should be made out to "Troop 189" or "GSCTC" or to you, and then you will write one check to Troop 189.

Money from cookies you sell is due TBA!!!! Please turn in your money to Kim Pratt, Suzanne Palys or Megan Crandlemire.

PATCHES AND PRIZES...
Girls can earn patches depending on how many cookies they sell. They can also earn prizes - I saw them last night and they're pretty nice - of course we all need another stuffed animal kicking around our house. Here's a brief summary:

Patches:
45-99 boxes = Theme patch
100-149 = 100 patch
150-199 = 150 patch
200-299 = Super patch with number bars by 50's
300 & up = Super patch with number bars by 100's
